2015 review of welfare benefits, addictions and treatable conditions : ウィキペディア英語版 | 2015 review of welfare benefits, addictions and treatable conditions
The Independent review into the impact on employment outcomes of drug or alcohol addiction, and obesity was instigated by the British Government in 2015. Professor Dame Carol Black was appointed to lead the review, which is expected to report by the end of 2015. ==Terms of reference== The press briefings that accompanied the announcement that the Prime Minister had asked Black to carry out another study into out-of-work benefits focused on "obese people" and "drug and alcohol addicts". However, the official announcement from the DWP was broader in scope. It said: "The government has asked Professor Dame Carol Black to undertake an independent review into how best to support benefit claimants with potentially treatable conditions, such as obesity or addictions to drugs and alcohol, back into work".〔https://www.gov.uk/government/consultations/drug-and-alcohol-addiction-and-obesity-effects-on-employment-outcomes-independent-review〕 Another announcement a few days later described the study once again in terms of "potentially treatable" and "preventable" conditions, ''such as'' addictions and "extreme obesity".〔https://www.gov.uk/government/news/government-to-increase-support-for-benefit-claimants-with-addictions-and-treatable-conditions〕
